5m Ribcraft Winter Cover

This project was commissioned by a client requiring a robust, protective solution to safeguard their asset from adverse weather conditions.  The cover’s design and manufacture were approached methodically, with every stage of the process carefully planned and executed - from initial CAD-based visualisation and bespoke pattern development to material selection, precision cutting, assembly, and final installation.

The custom cover is engineered to fit precisely beneath the capping and contour seamlessly over the outboard engine, providing full environmental protection.  Constructed from Onyx Black TopGun polyester fabric, the material offers exceptional tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and UV stability, making it highly suitable for extended outdoor exposure and winter cover storage conditions.

Final attachment to the road trailer is achieved using a high-visibility red polyester rope.  This fastening method ensures secure tensioning during transit, while contributing to the overall professional appearance of the finished product.
